We were honored to co-host the Strong Cities Mid-Atlantic Regional Convening on June 4, 2025, in Philadelphia, in collaboration with The Welcoming Center and the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, with generous support from the Joyce and Irving Goldman Family Foundation.

This important gathering brought together mayors, municipal leaders, and community organizations from across the region for meaningful discussions on preventing hate, fostering inclusion, and strengthening social cohesion in today’s increasingly polarized climate.

Through shared strategies and collaborative dialogue, participants explored practical approaches to building resilient communities and countering division. The convening served as a powerful reminder of the role local leadership and grassroots organizations play in shaping a more inclusive and united society.
